Founded in Tahoe, our company initially focused on expertly crafted spec homes. With a passion for building in beautiful places, Brady Sherman expanded our expertise to Park City, Utah, over 15 years ago. Bill Jorgensen

With a background in managing land development and production vertical construction projects, as well as hands-on expertise in concrete, framing, and finish work, Bill excels in coordinating subcontractors, scheduling trades, and ensuring quality control on projects. A motivated and detail-oriented team player, he is driven by his commitment to delivering high-quality homes that homeowners will be proud of for years to come. Bill’s favorite part of his job is working with trades and being involved in the building process from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Utah with his family, camping, hiking, kayaking, and fly fishing.

BRADY SHERMAN

Brady Sherman is the dedicated owner of Sherman Homes, bringing 27 years of experience in the field. Known for his analytical, creative, and principled approach, he oversees company direction, ensures product and process quality, and fosters enduring relationships, all while supporting staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management, he combines his education and hands-on experience to build beautiful homes, solve problems, and continuously improve the construction process. Inspired by his family and his love for beautiful places and unique spaces, Brady's work is driven by his commitment to providing customers with an outstanding building experience and a place to create lasting memories for their families. Off the clock, he enjoys supporting his kids in sporting events, unwinding on the West Shore, and cherishing moments with his active and beautiful wife.

Cam Sessions

From a small town in New England, Cam started his journey in construction at his vocational high school, studying to become an electrician. After moving to Utah to fulfill his need to ski the greatest snow on earth, Cam started working in the off-season as a laborer for Sherman Homes and has been with the company ever since. As Jobsite Superintendent, Cameron ensures projects stay on schedule, maintains quality control, and nurtures relationships with subcontractors and vendors. He’s driven by the satisfaction of knowing that someone will enjoy the space they've built for a long time. During his free time, Cameron can be found chasing anadromous fish with Spey rods, golfing, or enjoying snowmobiling adventures, depending on the season.

Felipe Rojas

Felipe Rojas has been an invaluable asset to Sherman Homes for over 2 years, utilizing his extensive experience in the field as a Project Manager. In his role, Felipe acts as a bridge between homeowners, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring the smooth progression of projects while prioritizing an excellent client experience. Described as results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and strong planning abilities, Felipe finds motivation in witnessing the entire process of a project, from its conception to overcoming construction challenges, culminating in a finished product that exceeds client expectations. This journey inspires him and drives his passion for his work at Sherman Homes.

Joe Carter

Joe Carter is the Lead Carpenter at Sherman Homes, bringing an impressive 26 years of experience to his 8-year tenure with the company. His role involves maintaining and upholding the quality standards of Sherman Homes, a responsibility he approaches with an easy-going and approachable demeanor. Joe finds motivation in the collaborative aspect of his work, taking pride in creating something that brings happiness and lasts for years. Armed with a degree in Building Preservation Restoration from Belmont College, Joe's extensive experience in dealing with diverse personalities and skill levels has aptly prepared him for his role. Away from work, he cherishes playing in the mountains with his two daughters and their boxer dog.

Kristie Wallace

Kristie Wallace has been a vital member of the Sherman Homes team since December of 2023, leveraging over 20 years of diverse business operations and management experience as Office Manager. Reliable and adaptable, Kristie oversees various office functions such as payroll, expense reporting, and maintaining employee records. Motivated by the opportunity to enhance office efficiency, she finds inspiration in contributing to the company's overall success. Kristie particularly enjoys the collaborative aspect of working with a diverse team and tackling complex administrative challenges. Her extensive experience has prepared her to handle a wide range of responsibilities. When not working, she finds relaxation in exploring new places, visiting local farmers markets, walking the Rail Trail, gardening, and indulging in her love for reading.

Office Manager

West Tickner

As a Sherman Homes carpenter, West collaborates with superintendents and project managers to fulfill various tasks, including framing, finish work, and concrete work. Happy clients' satisfaction pushes him to continuously improve his skills and exceed expectations. His favorite aspect of the role is the hands-on work and the joy of witnessing a completed project. With a background in building custom homes in upstate NY and marine carpentry on luxury boats in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, West has garnered the expertise needed for his position. When not on a job site, he enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Rob McIntyre

Rob McIntyre is a Superintendent at Sherman Homes, bringing with him over 42 years in the construction industry. His role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the best possible outcome for every project. Rob takes pride in exceeding client expectations and bringing architectural designs to life. He enjoys meeting clients and building relationships with them as well as with subcontractors. With a rich background as a framing contractor for over 30 years, Rob's extensive knowledge of the building industry equips him for his role. When not on the clock, Rob likes spending time with his family and friends.

Jody Curtis

Jody Curtis joins Sherman Homes as Sales Manager, bringing a fresh perspective to the field after 20 years in the ski industry and a career as an attorney. She leads sales efforts by building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the building process. A Park City resident since 2002, Jody deeply understands the mountain lifestyle and why people choose to build here. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, biking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her family and dog.

“We have built and renovated several homes in Utah and Las Vegas. Our newly purchased home in Park City was going to need a remodel, and doubling in size to 10,000 square feet. It was going to be complicated. We selected Brady because of several well-connected recommendations. We selected the architect, and Brady suggested the design people. This was a long-distance project, as we live in Las Vegas. We were very pleased with Brady and his attention to detail. Communications were smooth and he was quick to address our questions. At the end of the workday, the site was always clean. The finances were transparent, with excellent office staff help. These projects are always difficult, and with Covid crazy, we had some material supply issues. Brady was conscientious in fighting to keep supply costs at their original bid costs. We would hire him to work for us again and have recommended him to friends.”
